Description of Sod Packages

Pick-Up = Price of the sod picked up at our farm location (3005 North 350 West, Lebanon, Indiana)

Delivered = Price of the sod and the delivery to the job site (within 60 miles from Lebanon, Indiana)

Installation = Price of the sod delivered and fully installed

Grading = Price of the delivered sod, installation and precise grading to get the area ready to install the sod

Tear Out = Price of the delivered sod, installation, grading and cutting up, removal and disposal, if necessary, of turf material by use of sod cutter

Additional Terms

Additional $100 charge for one pallet and under (not applicable for pick-up)

Additional $50 charge for two pallets and under (not applicable for pick-up)

$15 wood pallet deposit, fully refundable upon your return of the pallet to our farm location (only applies to pick-up and delivered sod)

$4 per mile additional delivery charge over 60 miles from Lebanon

$25 per hour general labor rate for additional services performed

Due to sod perishability, we do not accept sod returns

Each sod roll is 10 square feet (2’ x 5’)

No minimum order quantity – we sell by the roll

How Much Sod will Fit in your Vehicle?

1/2 Ton Truck: 30 to 40 rolls (300 to 400 sq.ft.)

3/4 Ton Truck: 40 to 60 rolls (400 to 600 sq.ft.)

1 Ton Truck: 60 to 85 rolls (600 to 850 sq.ft.)

One pallet contains 70 sod rolls or 700 square feet.

Each roll weighs 35 lbs to 50 lbs depending on water content.
